The Institute of Electronic Measurements (IEM) KVARZ,
founded in 1949, is the largest scientific centre in Russia for development
and production of radioelectronic measurement equipment.
By Decree No.154-p of the Government of the Russian Federation dated
7
February 2006, the Institute of Electronic Measurements KVARZ was given
a status of a federal
scientific and production center.
The IEM KVARZ products
- precise high tech instruments for scientific investigations and resolving
metrological problems – meet the international requirements.
IEM KVARZ develops and produces the following products:

miniature Rb frequency standards and reference quartz oscillators;

microwave and mm-wave products: signal generators, frequency synthesizers,
microwave accessories;

receiving and analyzing instrumentation in the frequency range from several
hertz to hundreds of gigahertz;
-
optical measurement devices for fiber-optics communication systems;
-
automated measurement systems, including those based on VXI Bus.
The Institute performs operations over the whole life cycle of a product
created (experimental and engineering development, small-scale production,
equipping of facilities and maintenance and service during operation,
modernization of the products).

The product quality is ensured by modern technological equipment
and is based
on the Russian ÃÎÑÒ ÐÈÑÎ 9001-2001 quality
control system.
The products of our Institute are delivered to universities, observatories,
metrological
centres of Canada, USA, England, France, Belgium, Germany, Sweden, Finland,
Italy, Spain, China, Japan, South Korea, Australia, Brasil. Mexico.
