VXI bus Instrumentation

A new generation of a radio-measuring equipment is developed. It is represented by automated measuring systems using a modular concept designed for measurements,

 test, control and repair of radioelectronic equipment at all stages of its life cycle.

A modular equipment is manufactured on the base of VXI interface bus. VXI bus standard

is adopted by the leading foreign manufactures.

The equipment comprises mainframes and a set of plug-in functional modules selected

by a user for concrete measurement task. An external computer or built-in controllers

provide system control and communication with an external equipment.

This equipment has a greater throughput, smaller sizes and dimensions in comparison

with usual system and is adopted as the basic means of control of all radioelectronic systems of Defense Ministry of Russian Federation.

The instrumentation and software have an open architecture that provides the possibility

 of reconfiguration and updating of systems on site.
